Senior strategic advisor, technology entrepreneur, author, and Founder and Research Director of the Dynamic Causal Governance Institute.
For more than two decades, Regy Andrade has worked across technology, strategy and innovation—building dozens of products, launching eight startups and developing proprietary frameworks for leverage, decision-making and complex systems. He has participated actively in the startup ecosystem since 2004 and organized more than 200 events in Brazil since 2013.
In 2014, he developed Distributed Execution, a human-in-the-loop framework for AI-agent orchestration—years before agent orchestration became a mainstream category. His work also includes Web3 since 2016 and international talks and workshops on strategy, AI and decision-making.
He is the principal architect of Dynamic Causal Governance and the founder of Darovel. He is also the author of five books, including the bestseller Entrepreneurship for Devs, which helped thousands of developers move toward entrepreneurship, and Lucrative Problems, a practical system for identifying which problems are worth solving.
Across his books, systems and current research, the focus remains constant: helping leaders operate closer to the structural layer where real outcomes are produced.
